Our clients are assigned to their own dedicated trainer who accompanies them at every scheduled workout. This provides motivation, a personalized and organized plan to ensure proper form is achieved. Because our clients work with the same professional each session, we are able to provide a unique opportunity to build a relationship and accountability with the trainer.

In order to design a health and fitness program to fit your needs and goals, your trainer will gather information from you to conduct a few simple tests. Your trainer will note your health and fitness goals, gather a health and exercise history, and then take measurements to evaluate your current level of fitness. After your evaluation we will provide a nutritional analysis in order to maximize your training potential. If necessary, your trainer may consult with your physician. Periodic evaluations are available at no charge with appointment.
NOTE: MONTHLY PACKAGE SESSIONS DO NOT ROLL OVER TO NEXT MONTH. SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN THE MONTH. SESSION PACKAGES BEGIN ON THE TRAINING DATE AND EXPIRE AFTER SESSIONS HAVE BEEN USED, 3 OR 6 MONTHS RESPECTIVELY. ALL PARTNER SESSIONS RESCHEDULED TOGETHER. 24 HOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE GIVEN OR SESSIONS WILL BE CHARGED.
