We customize all our programs to meet the goals and needs of our clients. Our training staff will focus on all the primary components of health: flexibility, stability, strength, power, and nutrition. However, we may give special attention to different levels of each depending on the needs of that client. All program design is customized and tailored to help each client. Sessions are one hour in length and are designed as a system to provide the personalized program you need.

Total Fitness Consultants is a private appointment based only facility. Our staff works one-on-one with clients. Our facility’s attention to detail and privacy allows each client to get the most out of each training experience. The only people in our facility are our staff and our hard-working clients. There is never any wait on equipment or a crowded gym experience.

Technique/Teaching!! Having someone qualified, educated, and knowledgeable about the correct form of all exercises is so important. Learning how to set up a program for the optimal number of exercises/sets/reps for your current fitness level will ensure the safest, quickest, results you desire from your fitness journey.

Results!! Enjoy the benefits of having someone to sit down and design a custom workout for you. Attention is all on you!! You are the trainer’s primary focus the entire hour. Your trainer is there for you and your health. In big classes or a big gym, sometimes it may be hard for the instructor to keep an eye on all clients. At TFC, we make sure you are doing everything the correct and healthy way.

The body needs exercise and movement daily. However, most clients come to see us 2 or 3 days a week. Giving us several times a week to work with you will allow you to achieve your goals successfully.
