My name is Gabe and I’m from Cumming, Georgia. I earned my bachelors degree in Health Sciences with a focus in Kinesiology from Samford University and have a passion for training. I have worked with athletes since high school and trained collegiate football players during my time at Samford. That time taught me the importance of goals and communication between clients and trainers. In addition, I learned that training is also an excellent tool for improving mental health and reducing stress. I love helping people optimize their training and reach their goals both physically and mentally!
