My name is Niki, born and raised in Southern Missouri! I grew up playing basketball and decided to take it to the collegiate level. After graduating with my Bachelors in Physical Education, I took my career to Miami where I became an Elementary Physical Education Teacher and a Girl’s Basketball Coach. I decided to resign from teaching and take my career on a different route to personal training. After getting my certification with NASM, I moved to the Birmingham area with my sister to continue my passion with helping others reach their full potential in their fitness journey. I enjoy fitness and health and sharing my knowledge and passion with others around me!
