I grew up in Vestavia Hills, went to elementary school in Homewood and was an active athlete my entire life. My favorite sports have been distance running and lacrosse. Fitness has been a fundamental part of my life since I was a child.

I’ve been running cross country and track since high school and continue my career into college at Samford University. Becoming a D1 athlete was a dream for me.

Fitness involves so much more than strength training and conditioning. I’ve learned how important so many other things are like nutrition, sleep, mental health, and a balanced life style. I will share these things with you as we work together.

During my internship with The Athletic Lab in Raleigh, North Carolina, I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of athletes ranging from those who were young and wanted to improve their physical fitness through to elite athletes who were preparing for Olympic trials. This internship helped me to develop a passion for helping others reach the fitness level that was best for them.

My goal is to guide you to become your very best. Your goals are what motivate me to help you achieve the fitness…. that you strive for. We’ll work together to get you to the next level and satisfied with yourself and where you’re headed.
